This command will perform a regular SYNC command, and will skip processing a mandatory check for windows messages.
This command does not return a value.
You can use this command to squeeze a few extra clock cycles out of your main loop and make your applications faster.
When a DarkBASIC Pro program is running under MS Windows, the operating system will share the processing power with other programs running on the system. In today's modern systems, this is done very quickly (in billionths of a second). By replacing a SYNC statement with a FASTSYNC statement, this checking of other programs is ignored during screen updating, helping your program run just that fraction faster. It can make an observable difference if you have an older system and lots of screen updating to do.
